Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

PageGroup's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:30am on Tuesday 31 May
2022 at 200 Dashwood Lang Road, Bourne Business Park, Addlestone, Surrey KT15
2NX.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made
available to shareholders today:

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021;

- Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

- Proxy form for the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are
now available to view or download in pdf form from the following
