We confirm that Mr David Lowden, Chairman of PageGroup plc, has stepped down from his positions as Chairman of the Board of Huntsworth plc and its Nomination Committee and as a Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth plc with effect from today. This follows the completion of the sale of Huntsworth plc to Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLP.
