Change of Company Secretary
PageGroup announces that with effect from 10 August 2018 Kelvin Stagg will be appointed Company Secretary with the retirement of Elaine Marriner from PageGroup plc. On 17 September 2018 Kelvin Stagg will resign as Company Secretary and Kaye Maguire will be appointed in his stead.
