PageGroup plc has been notified that Mr Patrick De Smedt, Senior Independent Director, will be appointed with effect from 1 January 2020 as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of EMIS Group plc. Patrick De Smedt's appointment as Chairman of EMIS Group plc and of its nomination committee will take effect on 6 May 2020.
