In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the ordinary shares of the Company as follows:
 
On 15 March 2018, the Company granted deferred awards under the PageGroup plc Executive Single Incentive Plan over the number of ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out in the table below, subject to the rules of the Plan.  The deferred awards were granted in the form of conditional awards, being a right to receive a transfer of the Shares upon vesting for nil cost.
