PageGroup plc (the "Company") announces that Michelle Healy, having served
nine years as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from her
role with effect from 30 April 2026.

Angela Seymour-Jackson, the Company's Chair, said:

"On behalf of the whole Board, I would like to thank Michelle for her valuable
contribution to the Board over the last nine years and wish her well for the
future".
