UK recruiter PageGroup to slash costs by $19 million after earnings dip

April 9 (REUTERS) - British recruiter PageGroup PAGE.L announced a 15-million-pound ($19.3 million) cost reduction programme on Wednesday after uncertain global economic conditions led to a more than 9% drop in first-quarter earnings.
