** Shares of PagerDuty  PD.N  fall 13.3% to $15.9 
    ** Company expects its FY25 revenue to be in the range of
$463 mln to $467 mln, below analysts' average estimate of $473.7
mln - LSEG    
    ** PD expects its Q3 revenue to be between $115.5 mln and
$117.5 mln, missing the consensus estimate of $120.3 mln 
    ** Seven of 14 brokerages rate stock "buy" or higher, seven
"hold"; their median PT is $26
    ** Including sessions move, stock down 21% YTD
