** Operations management services provider PagerDuty  PD.N  
shares rise 5.28% to $22.95 after the bell
    ** Co expects FY24 total revenue to be in the range of $429
mln to $431 mln, beating analysts' average estimate of $428.4
mln - LSEG data
    ** Co anticipates its Q4 total revenue to be in the range of
$109.5 mln to $111.5 bln, whose midpoint is above analysts'
expectations of $110.3 mln   
    ** On an adjusted basis, co posted Q3 profit of 20 cents per
share, compared to 4 cents per share a year ago
    ** YTD, PD down 17.88%
