at $23.39 aftermarket
    ** Company trims annual revenue forecast and projects Q2
sales below Wall Street estimates
    ** Now expects 2024 revenue of $425 mln to $430 mln,
compared with its prior forecast of $446 mln to $452 mln
    ** Sees Q2 revenue of $103.5 mln to $105.5 mln, below
analysts' average estimate of $108.6 mln - Refinitiv
    ** However, PD beats Q1 revenue expectations
    ** Stock up 4.5% so far in 2023
