** Stock hits its highest level since February 18

** The medical devices maker enters into an agreement with U.S.-based healthcare real estate operator, Sabra Health Care REIT SBRA.O

** Says SBRA to fund as many as 20,000 beds across company's senior housing facilities at $55-$75 per bed per annum

** Despite moves, stock down 25.9% YTD
