PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on October 11, 2014 as follows:
Rate: 3.50 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date:November 10, 2014.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on November 5, 2014.
