(AIM: CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that it has received notification yesterday thatBarney Quinn, Non-executiveChairmanof the Company, yesterday purchased40,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 62 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Quinn has an interest in 75,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.20% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
