The Company was informed yesterday that Mickola Wilson, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 325.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
 
Following this transaction, Mrs Wilson is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
