Director shareholding
Palace Capital, the AIM-quoted commercial real estate company, has been informed that Anthony Dove, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today transferred 32,258 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Susan Dove, for nil consideration. Following this transfer Mr Dove's total notifiable interest in the Company's share capital remains unchanged at 75,258 ordinary shares, representing 0.37% of Palace Capital's issued share capital. 54,258 of these shares are held in the name of Susan Dove.
