Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that, following the issue of the new ordinary shares in connection with the placing to raise 20.0 million, details of which were announced on 6 August 2015, Stanley Davis now has an interest in 6.07% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Davis' shareholding in the Company remains at 1,565,287 ordinary shares and his change in percentage holding is as a result of dilution.
