Director shareholding
Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that Anthony Dove, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today acquired 2,742 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 378p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Dove now has a total beneficial interest in 78,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.30% of the Company's total issued share capital. 23,742 of these Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Anthony Dove and 54,258 Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Mr Dove's wife, Susan Dove.
