Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that Hanneke Silvester, wife of Stephen Silvester, Finance Director of the Company, has today acquired 2,148 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 370p per share. Following this purchase, Stephen Silvester now has a total beneficial interest in 2,148 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.008% of the Company's total issued share capital.
