Director shareholding
Palace Capital plc, the property investment company focussing on property outside London, has been informed by Anthony Dove, Non-Executive Director, that, as a result of a change of his personal broker the 54,258 ordinary shares in the Company currently registered in his name and the 23,742 ordinary shares in the Company currently registered in his wife, Susan Dove's name will be re-registered in the name of Lawshare Nominees Ltd. There will be no change to Mr Dove's beneficial interest in the Company's share capital as a result of this transaction, which will remain as 78,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.30% of the Company's total issued share capital.
