Director shareholding
Palace Capital plc, the property investment company focussing on property outside London, has been informed by Anthony Dove, Non-Executive Director, that he has today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("ordinary shares") at an average price of 363.75p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Mr Dove has a total notifiable interest in 80,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.31 per cent. of the Company's voting rights. Mr Dove has the beneficial interest in 25,742 of these ordinary shares and his wife, Susan Dove, has the beneficial interest in 54,258 ordinary shares.
