Dividend Declaration

Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), is pleased to announce that it will pay a quarterly
dividend, in respect of the three months ended 30 June 2025, of 3.75 pence per
ordinary share. This will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ('PID').

The dividend will be paid on 24 October 2025 to shareholders on the register
as at 26 September 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 25 September 2025.

The PID will be paid net of 20% tax unless a shareholder is eligible for
payment of a gross dividend and has completed and lodged the relevant form
