Notice of Annual General Meeting
 
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the UK REIT that has a UK regional commercial real estate portfolio with a bias towards the office and industrial sectors in carefully selected locations outside of London, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting, ("AGM") have been despatched to shareholders. 
The documents are available on the Company's website www.palacecapitalplc.com and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The AGM will be held at 25 Bury Street, London, SW1Y 6AL at 10.00 am on 7 August 2020.
COVID-19
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and in light of the UK Government's measures, public health guidance and guidance issued by The Chartered Governance Institute, the Company is proposing to run this year's AGM as a closed door meeting. Regrettably, shareholders will not be able to attend in person. Any persons seeking to attend the meeting in person will unfortunately be refused entry.
We encourage all shareholders to participate by:
•      casting their votes by proxy (further details of how to do so can be found in the Notice of Meeting) provided that the proxy is received by the Registrar by no later than 10:00am on 5 August 2020. As the AGM will be closed door shareholders are advised to appoint the Chair of the AGM as their proxy; and
•     submitting any questions to the Board by emailing them to info@palacecapitalplc.com, to be received by no later than 10:00am on 5 August 2020. Responses, where practicable, will be published on the Company's website.
The results of voting at the AGM will be announced to the London Stock Exchange as soon as possible after the AGM. Details of the results will also be published on our website.
