Total voting rights
Palace Capital announces that the Company has in issue, as at the date of this announcement, 25,650,692 ordinary shares of 10p each with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The above figure excludes the 149,587 Ordinary Shares now held in treasury. 

The aforementioned figure of 25,650,692 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
