Transaction in own shares
Palace Capital PLC announces that on 17 June 2016 it purchased 91,587 of its own ordinary shares of 10p each ("ordinary shares") at an average price of 360 pence per ordinary share. All of the purchased shares are to be held as treasury shares.
Following the transfer into treasury, Palace Capital has in issue (excluding the total of 91,587 ordinary shares now held in treasury) 25,708,692 ordinary shares.
The above figure of 25,708,692 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
