July 6 (Reuters) - Food Idea Holdings Ltd  8179.HK : 
 * Discloseable transaction for disposal of listed shares  8179.HK  
 * The aggregate consideration of the disposal is approximately hk$12.3 million 
 * Executed orders to dispose a total of 524.8 million listed shares, 
   representing about 2.48% of entire issued share capital of GEM Listco 
 * As result of disposal, group expected to recognise loss in disposal when 
   compared with fair value of listed shares held as at 31 March 
 * Group is expected to recognise a gain of approximately hk$6.0 million from 
   disposal
