** Shares of drug developer Palisade Bio  PALI.O  more than
doubles to $1.57 
    ** Co secures worldwide licensing agreement with
preclinical-stage biotech firm Giiant Pharma for multiple oral
drug candidates targeting inflammatory bowel disease
    ** Palisade obtained the rights to develop, manufacture, and
commercialize all compounds from Giiant, existing now and in the
future - Co
    ** YTD, PALI shares are down ~69.6%
