May 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

**  Spanish defence company Indra IDR.MC sent a non-binding offer for Italian group Iveco's IVG.MC defence business, newspaper El Economista reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3RK056

** Danone DANO.PA said it has agreed to buy a majority stake in Kate Farms, a U.S. maker of plant-based organic drinks that will fit into the French food giant's specialized nutrition portfolio. nL1N3RJ07L

** Canadian miner Pan American Silver PAAS.TO will acquire MAG Silver Corp MAG.TO in a transaction which values the silver mining company at about $2.1 billion, the companies said on Sunday. nL4N3RK05D
