Silver miners dip as dollar gains

** Shares of silver miners fall, tracking prices of the
white metal  GOL/ 
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  down 2% at $29.05/ounce, as dollar
gained and investors brace themselves for Federal Reserve Chair
Jerome Powell's speech for insights into the expected rate cut
next month
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  fall 3.97%
and 3.67%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , Pan
American Silver  PAAS.TO  and Endeavour Silver  EDR.TO  down
1.41%, 3.68% and 3.98%, respectively
    ** Physical Silver Shares ETF  SIVR.P  down 1.5%, while
iShares Silver Trust  SLV.P  down 1.43%
