Silver miners gain on safe haven demand for precious metals

** Silver miners rise on higher prices of the precious metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 3.6% after the conflict in Middle
East lift safe-haven demand for precious metals combined with
expectations that the U.S. interest rates may have peaked
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  jump 14.5%
and 15.1%, respectively 
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , MAG
Silver  MAG.TO , Pan American Silver  PAAS.TO  and First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO  rise between 4.2% and 10.7%
