Silver miners gain on US Fed rate-cut hopes

** Shares of silver miners rise, tracking prices of the metal
 GOL/ 
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 0.6% at $29.17/ounce, helped by
optimism around a September rate cut by U.S. Federal Reserve
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  rise 3.64%
and 2%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , Pan
American Silver  PAAS.TO  and Endeavour Silver  EDR.TO  rise
1.79%, 3.19% and 3.39%, respectively
    ** Physical Silver Shares ETF  SIVR.P  up 1.23%, while
iShares Silver Trust  SLV.P  climbs 1.21%
