highest levels in more than three years  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  climb 4.5%
and 7.7%, respectively
    ** Shares of Canadian miners such as First Majestic Silver
 FR.TO   AG.N , Pan American Silver  PAAS.TO   PAAS.N ,
Endeavour Silver  EDR.TO   EXK.N , MAG Silver  MAG.TO   MAG.N 
and Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO   WPM.N  gain between 2.3%
and 8%
