Silver miners rise tracking metal prices

** Silver miners rise, tracking prices of the precious metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 2.5% at $30.36 per ounce, hits
11-year high on Friday following gains in gold due to improved
interest rate cut expectations  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  jump 6.4%
and 6.2%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , MAG
Silver  MAG.TO , Pan American Silver  PAAS.TO  and First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO  rise between 0.9% and 2.9%
    ** ETFs abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF  SIVR.P  and 
iShares Silver Trust  SLV.P  up 2.2% each
