** Silver miners rise, tracking prices of the precious metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 1.2% at $28.57 per ounce following
gains in gold as fears of further tit-for-tat retaliation
between Iran and Israel triggered safe-haven demand  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  jump 1.4%
and 0.7%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners MAG Silver  MAG.TO , Pan American Silver
 PAAS.TO  and First Majestic Silver  FR.TO  rise between 2.2%
and 0.4%
