    ** Shares of silver miners rise, tracking prices of the
precious metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 5.1% at $31.12 per ounce, hits
11-year high on Friday, following gains in gold, due to improved
interest-rate cut expectations  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  jump 10.7%
and 11.1%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , MAG
Silver  MAG.TO , Pan American Silver  PAAS.TO  and First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO  rise between 1.5% and 6.2%
    ** ETFs abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF  SIVR.P  and 
iShares Silver Trust  SLV.P  up 4.8% each
