Additional Listing - Scrip Dividend
The Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 9,592,088 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 54.9 per cent. of its issued share capital, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the final dividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2014. A total of 259,634 new ordinary shares have been issued (the "New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence by 8.00 a.m. on 6 August 2015.
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will consist of 17,746,929 ordinary shares with voting rights. This number may be used by shareholders, following the Placing, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
