PCA/PDMR shareholdings

Total Voting Rights

Panther Securities PLC announces that the Company was informed on 23 February
2026 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 25
pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

Transaction in Own Shares

On 23 February 2026, the Company purchased a total of 50,000 of its own
Ordinary Shares at a price of 290.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share
Purchase").

These Ordinary Shares are to be held as treasury shares.

The schedule further below contains detailed information about the Share
Purchase, which was made by Raymond James Investment Services Limited on
behalf of the Company.

PCA/PDMR shareholdings

In connection with part of the Share Purchase, persons closely associated
(PCAs) with John Perloff, Executive Director of the Company and a person
discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), have sold a total of 42,500
Ordinary Shares at a price of 290 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 February
2026.

The FCA notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, are
appended further below and give further details regarding the sales of
Ordinary Shares by persons closely associated with a PDMR.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Share Purchases, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as
treasury shares by the Company is 443,000 Ordinary Shares. The total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue is 17,746,929 (including shares held as treasury
shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now
17,303,929 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
