Transaction in Own Shares

Panther Securities PLC announces that on 27 November 2024 the Company
purchased 55,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 321 pence per share (the "Share Purchase"). These
shares will be held as treasury shares.

The schedule below contains detailed information about the Share Purchase,
which was made by Raymond James Investment Services Limited on behalf of the
Company.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Share Purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as
treasury shares by the Company is 360,000 Ordinary Shares. The total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue is 17,746,929 (including shares held as treasury
shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now
17,386,929 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Holding in Company

Portnard Limited, a person closely associated with the Company's Executive
Chairman, Andrew Perloff, is interested in 8,705,175 Ordinary Shares, which is
now equivalent to 50.07% voting rights in the Company, following the change in
voting rights in the Company due to the Share Purchase.
