Transactions in Own Shares

Panther Securities PLC announces that on 30 June 2025 the Company purchased a
total of 15,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 290 pence per share (the "Share Purchases"). These
shares will be held as treasury shares.

The schedule below contains detailed information about the Share Purchases,
which were made by Raymond James Investment Services Limited on behalf of the
Company.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Share Purchases, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as
treasury shares by the Company is 393,000 Ordinary Shares. The total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue is 17,746,929 (including shares held as treasury
shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now
17,353,929 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
