** Reuters reports that Apollo Global APO.N has made a fresh bid to take the pizza chain private at $64 per share, citing people familiar with the matter

** In June, Apollo and Irth Capital submitted joint offer for co at just above $60 per share, Reuters had reported, citing sources

** Including session's move, stock up ~19% so far this year
