** A person familiar with the matter told Reuters the report, which was based on individuals familiar with the negotiations, wasn't true
** That person said Papa John's isn't in talks with TriArtisan
** TriArtisan did not respond to Reuters request for comment, while Papa John's declined to comment
** ABC Money didn't immediately respond to a request for comment
** PZZA shares were last up about 6% and have dropped nearly 15% since Reuters reported last week that Apollo Global APO.N had withdrawn its $64-per-share bid to take it private
