The Paragon Group of Companies PLC: 
Additional Listing
A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 each in the company to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued under the rules of The Paragon UK Sharesave Plan 2009.
Admission is expected to be effective on 11 July 2017.
