Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Paragon Group of Companies PLC (the "Company") announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 and DTR 5 the Company discloses the following information:
