Under paragraph 9.6.13R(3) of the Listing Rules, the Company discloses that Barbara Ridpath was Chief Executive of The International Centre for Financial Regulation, which was placed into voluntary administration on 28 November 2012 until 19 November 2013, when it was placed into voluntary creditors' liquidation and subsequently dissolved on 5 February 2015.
There are no matters to declare under paragraphs 9.6.13R(2) and 9.6.13R(4) to (6) of the Listing Rules for Barbara Ridpath.
