Listing Rule 9.6.14(R) Disclosure
The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R) that Fiona Clutterbuck, a non-executive director, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, with effect from 1 September 2017. Fiona has also joined their Audit, Risk, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
In addition, Fiona Clutterbuck has resigned as a non-executive director of WS Atkins plc (now WS Atkins Limited) with effect from 3 July 2017.
