RESULT OF AGM
The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, resolutions 1 - 19, which were put to the meeting, passed unanimously on a show of hands without amendment.
Resolution 20 (Paragon Bank PLC Remuneration Code Staff) was a 'shareholders' resolution' subject to special procedural rules. Proxies and votes representing more than 50% of the total voting rights were cast at the AGM and in this circumstance the resolution required 66% or more of the represented shareholders voting in favour. 
A poll was taken on this resolution, the result of which was as follows:
