Share buy-back programme
Paragon announced on 24 November 2015 that during its 2015 financial year it had bought 49.7 million of its ordinary shares out of an announced 50 million. The Company also announced that it was extending its share buy-back programme by up to a further 50 million into 2016.
In the period from 1 December 2015, when the extended share buy-back programme commenced, to 7 March 2016 Paragon has bought back 7,993,509 shares for a total cost of 25.5 million (including stamp duty and commissions), completing the 2015 buy-back programme and representing 50% of the programme for the current financial year.
