India's Paramount Communications surges on land allotment

** Shares of Paramount Communications  PCML.NS  jump as much
as 12.3% to 85.17 rupees, eyes best day since mid-April 
    ** Wire and cable maker got letter of intent (LOI) from
Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corp for allotment of
30-acre land 
    ** Land allotted for setting up of an industrial unit in
Madhya Pradesh state
    ** Stock on track to log busiest trading session in nearly
three months, volumes at 4.2x the 30-day avg 
    ** Last up 8.5%, trimming YTD losses to ~6.6%
