** Shares of ViacomCBS  VIAC.O  are up 9.0% in afternoon trading
Friday and on track for their biggest weekly percentage gain
since April 2020
    ** The stock is up about 26% for the week after rising to a
fresh record high of $95.27 earlier in the session in the wake
of Oprah Winfrey's interview with Britain's Prince Harry and his
wife, Meghan, which aired Sunday
    ** U.S. network CBS, a unit of ViacomCBS Inc, said Tuesday
more than 49.1 mln people around the world had watched the
interview via television or streaming and that the audience was
