 PRAF.NS  up 3% at 808 rupees
    ** PRAF on Tuesday entered into licensing agreement with
India's DRDO for transferring technology of remote control
border defence system
    ** Co can now manufacture and sell this system to Indian
armed forces
    ** More than 755,000 shares traded, 1.5x the 30-day avg
    ** PRAF up ~3% in Jan
