Australia's PARKD rises on signing MOU with Fielders

** Shares of Australia's PARKD Ltd PKD.AX rise as much as
50% to A$0.030 - hitting their highest since Sept. 29
** Modular car-park system developer announces signing of
MOU with Fielders, a division of BlueScope Steel Ltd BSL.AX
** Says co is partnering with Fielders to develop structural
systems that will simplfy construction methodology
** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since Sept.29 , if
gains hold
** About 1.6 mln shares change hands compared with the
30-day moving average of 136,700 shares
** PKD has fallen 63.6% this year, as of last close
